Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced deployment lead for the Auth0 product unit in the United States. You will manage post-sales deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success and coordinate with the broader Customer Success team for a smooth handoff to support.

You will mentor customers, design and troubleshoot solutions using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and WS-Federation while collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to drive ongoing value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering solutions to external customers.
• Minimum 3 years experience with JavaScript and MVC frameworks.
• Experience with identity federation and access control models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deployment services to customers.
• Lead multiple customer deployment projects to ensure long-term success.
