Job summary

Okta is seeking a hands-on Deployment Lead to deliver post‑sales implementation services for customers, rapidly learning the Okta platform and our value proposition. You will run multiple concurrent deployments, ensure long‑term customer success, and hand off to support after deployment, while continuously improving delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering solutions to external customers.
• Software development experience across Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON.
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and modern infrastructures.
• Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Ember, React, etc.).
• Familiar with API management platforms (Mulesoft, Axway, Apigee).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on consulting and deployment services post-sale.
• Analyze and document customer requirements.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Okta deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support to resolve escalations.
• Mentor customers and ensure timely project delivery.
