Job summary

Okta is seeking a hands-on Deployment Consultant to deliver post‑sales implementation services to customers. You will lead multiple concurrent deployment projects, ensure long‑term customer success, and coordinate with the broader Customer Success team for smooth post‑deployment transitions.

You will apply SaaS deployment experience to design, configure, and troubleshoot the Okta service, mentoring customers and shaping new offerings for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Familiar with API management and cloud deployment in SaaS environments.
• Ability to design and implement identity and access solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer deployment projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide hands‑on design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service.
• Mentor customers and collaborate with Engineering, Support and Product Management.
• Drive post‑sales requirements gathering and ensure smooth transitions to maintenance.
• Support up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities with existing customers.
