Job summary

Okta is seeking a hands-on delivery leader to provide post-sales implementation and deployment services for customers, ensuring long-term success. The role requires rapid learning of the Okta platform, leading multiple deployments, and coordinating with the Customer Success and Engineering teams to improve delivery processes.

You will mentor customers, drive solution design, and collaborate with Sales for expansion opportunities while maintaining high satisfaction and project governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Familiar with API management and cloud architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce, Box, Office 365, Workday as identities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with Okta customers to provide innovative consulting services.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements; communicate with customers/partners at the technical and/or functional level.
• Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
• Mentor and train customers on the service and collaborate with Engineering and Support as needed.
• Drive product development feedback to Product Management and assist in addressing escalated issues.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites.
