Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced, hands-on Delivery Lead to provide post‑sales deployment services to customers. You will lead multiple concurrent customer deployments with the goal of long‑term success and a smooth transition to support after deployment.

You will mentor customers, design and troubleshoot the Okta service, and collaborate with Engineering and Support to address escalated issues. Up to 25% travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering solutions to external customers.
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and modern infrastructures.
• Familiar with identity management protocols and SaaS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with customers to provide deployment services.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
• Mentor and train customers on the service.
• Lead interaction with engineering and product teams to address issues.
• Collaborate with sales on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure quality, time management, and adherence to deployment standards.
