You will apply hands‑on design and troubleshooting skills for SaaS services, with expertise in identity federation and cloud architectures. Travel to customer sites (~25%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering solutions to external customers in a technical consulting role.
• Experience with enterprise web technologies, security and modern infrastructures.
• Familiarity with API management tools (Mulesoft/Axway/Apigee) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and multi‑task across client engagements.
• Understanding of cloud architectures and complex on‑prem IT landscapes.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity life cycle management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑sales deployment projects to ensure long‑term customer success.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements.
• Provide design and deployment solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support to address escalated issues.
• Mentor customers and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.
