Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Sr Transportation Analyst to optimize transportation costs and ensure financial accuracy across the Medical supply chain. You will manage freight invoice audit and payment processes using third‑party and in‑house systems to drive cost savings and maintain financial integrity.

You will collaborate with Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Systems Support, and Finance to improve processes, SOPs, KPIs, and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years in Freight Audit, Transportation or Accounts Payable in high-volume setting.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP, TMS, or freight audit systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document SOPs for freight auditing and invoice aging resolution.
• Ensure accurate freight audit and ledger coding; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Analyze KPI data and support month-end close with audit insights.
• Resolve carrier invoice disputes using audit findings and contracts.
