Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, accounting, or business administration.
- 2+ years in freight audit, transportation finance, accounts payable, or similar in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP, TMS, or freight audit systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and refine SOPs for freight auditing, queue management, and invoice aging resolution.
- Ensure accurate freight audit and adherence to auditing standards.
- Audit pay system logic with account managers for changes as needed.
- Ensure accurate General Ledger coding and cost allocation.
- Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies and potential duplicate payments.
