SES Constructors LLC is seeking a Lead Estimator to join our growing civil construction team. Remote US position requiring EST or CST availability and occasional travel.

Salary range is $120,000–$140,000 annually with a strong benefits package including health, retirement and paid time off. The ideal candidate will produce detailed estimates from plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor quotes, and manage risk and timing across large heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is required.
• Self-perform civil infrastructure experience including earthwork, utilities, dam/levee work, and pavement.
• Minimum of 10 years estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Federal project experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Proficient with Bid2Win or HCSS software.

Responsabilités

• Produce heavy civil cost estimates based on plans, specs, and scopes.
• Create detailed quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Identify, source and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare inquiries to clients and collaborate with project teams.
• Support submission milestones and schedule conformity.
