Job summary

SES Constructors LLC is seeking a Lead Estimator to join our growing civil construction team. The ideal candidate will produce self-perform heavy civil estimates, develop accurate takeoffs, and evaluate subcontractor pricing to ensure best value.

This remote role requires EST or CST locations with travel as needed. Salary ranges between $120,000 and $140,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and long-term career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 10+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with Bid2Win (B2W) and HCSS Heavy Bid estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates with crew assemblies and production rates.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns from plans and specs.
• Source and analyze subcontractor quotes for best value.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with project team for constructability and bid accuracy.
• Support post-bid activities and site-condition considerations.
