Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group venture, seeks a seasoned Commercial Claims Insurance Analyst to support the Commercial Lines business remotely across the United States. The role emphasizes complex data analysis, actionable recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with proficiency in tools such as SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills, with the ability to structure and conduct complex analyses and effectively communicate findings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated adaptability, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups, evaluating findings in relation to broader business objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners outside of IPM/IPO to gather insights, validate findings, and gain alignment on recommended actions.
• Develops and enhances processes for reporting information and insights to clients, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and reporting cadence.
• Provides coaching and guidance to team members on reporting processes, analytical approaches, and effective communication of findings.
• Acts as part of a broader team contributing to culture and collaboration across the organization.
• Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings.
