Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, analytical, and mathematical skills for complex analyses.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Adaptability, organization, and time-management with ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on actions.
• Develop recommendations, improve procedures, and identify additional analyses needed for solutions.
• Prepare and communicate findings to business partners; may co-present to senior management.
• Develop and enhance processes for reporting information and insights to clients; improve efficiency and cadence.
• Coach team members on reporting processes and analytical approaches.
• Actively shape our company culture and participate in employee groups and volunteering.
• Travel as needed for role and meetings; support additional business needs.
• Fulfill business needs including extra time and assisting other teams.
