Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills; ability to communicate findings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated adaptability, organization, and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups; collaborates with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on actions.
• Develops recommendations by applying broad business knowledge and analytical techniques.
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners; may co-present with senior management; mentors colleagues as needed.
• Develops and enhances processes for reporting insights to clients; improves efficiency and cadence.
• Provides coaching on reporting processes and analytical approaches; communicates findings effectively.
• Actively participates in shaping company culture and builds relationships within the team.
• Willing to travel for divisional meetings and in-person engagements as needed.
• Fulfills business needs, investing extra time or supporting other teams when required.
