Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with proficiency in SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills; able to structure and conduct complex analyses and communicate findings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to collaborate across teams and communicate with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated adaptability, organization, and time-management; able to manage multiple priorities while mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups, evaluating findings in relation to broader business objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to gather insights, validate findings, and gain alignment on recommendations.
• Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies additional analyses needed to support solutions.
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners; may co-present results to senior management; reviews work of less experienced team members.
• Develops and enhances processes for reporting information and insights to clients; improves efficiency, consistency, and cadence.
• Provides coaching and guidance on reporting processes, analytical approaches, and effective communication of findings.
• Actively shapes our company culture and participates in employee resource groups and volunteering.
• Remote-friendly operations; travels as needed for role and in-person meetings.
