Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analyses for assigned client groups and share insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to validate findings and align on actions.
• Develop recommendations to improve procedures and identify additional analyses.
• Prepare and present findings to business partners and senior management.
• Coach teammates on reporting processes and analytical approaches.
• Support a remote-first culture and participate in team initiatives.
