Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of directly related experience
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with clear communication
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for cross-team collaboration
• Adaptability, organization, and time-management with mentorship ability

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analyses for assigned client groups and aligns findings with broader objectives
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to gather insights and validate actions
• Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies further analyses needed
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners and senior management
• Coaches team members on reporting processes and analytics techniques
