Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Claims Insurance Analyst - Remote to support Commercial Lines with complex data analysis, insurance knowledge, and actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate across teams, present findings to senior leadership, mentor junior members, and help improve reporting processes, driving efficiency and consistency.

Required: 5+ years' related experience, bachelor's degree, and proficiency in SAS, Snowflake, SQL and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills required, with proficiency in tools such as SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills, with the ability to structure and conduct complex analyses and effectively communicate findings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated adaptability, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups, evaluating findings in relation to broader business objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners outside of IPM/IPO to gather insights, validate findings, and gain alignment on recommended actions.
• Prepares and communicates findings and recommendations to business partners and may co-present results to senior management.
• Reviews the work of less experienced team members for accuracy, logic, and appropriateness as needed.
• Develops and enhances processes for reporting information and insights to clients, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and reporting cadence.
• Provides coaching and guidance to team members on reporting processes, analytical approaches, and effective communication of findings.
