Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills required, with proficiency in SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups, evaluating findings in relation to broader business objectives and collaborates with cross-functional partners to gain alignment on recommendations.
• Applies knowledge of broader business issues to develop recommendations, improve procedures, and identify additional analysis needed to support solutions.
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners and may co-present results to senior management; reviews the work of less experienced team members for accuracy and logic.
• Develops and enhances processes for reporting information and insights to clients, improving efficiency and consistency.
• Provides coaching and guidance to team members on reporting processes, analytical approaches, and effective communication of findings.
