Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Claims Insurance Analyst to support Commercial Lines analysis in a remote setting across the United States. You will perform complex data analyses, gather cross-functional insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to business partners.

The ideal candidate has a 5+ year background with a strong foundation in SAS, SQL, Power BI, and statistical methods; MBA or CPCU is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills; proficiency in SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with ability to structure complex analyses.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate across teams and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis for assigned client groups and relate findings to broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on actions.
• Prepare and communicate findings to business partners; co-present to senior management when needed.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes; coach team members on reporting and analysis.
