CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Change Manager to drive complex change programs in a remote-first U.S. setting. You will apply structured methodologies to maximize adoption, partner with project teams, and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires deep change management expertise, strong analytics, and demonstrated ability to influence at multiple leadership levels within the insurance domain. Remote work across most states is supported with some location constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in change management.
• Deep knowledge and proven application of change management processes and tools in large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change initiatives across departments.
• Develop and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses to shape change plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities.
• Design and deliver communications and training plans for adoption.
• Coach leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
• Track adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ADKAR/Prosci/Proxima guidelines.
