Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively seeking a Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives in a remote-first environment. You will apply structured change methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci/Proxima) to drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realization across multiple departments.

The role requires strong analytics, storytelling, and training design, with 8+ years of experience in change management and knowledge of the insurance domain. Travel for in-person meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant change management experience within complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of change management processes and tools including sponsorship engagement and readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management efforts for initiatives across one or more departments.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans that align with objectives and maximize adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness assessments to inform change strategies.
• Work with project teams to define people objectives and key results for benefit realization.
• Operate with increasing independence to execute change strategies and engage participants.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans to support change initiatives.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders to fulfil change leadership roles.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
• Track and report on change management effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Ensure CSAA IG change guidelines (ADKAR, Prosci, Proxima) for key initiatives.
• Design, develop and implement User Acceptance Testing strategy when needed.
