Responsibilities

Lead change management efforts across one or more departments.
Develop strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Conduct impact analyses, readiness assessments, and sponsorship engagement.
Partner with project teams to define objectives and key results for benefits realization.
Design and deliver communication and training plans.
Provide coaching to leaders on change leadership roles.
Identify resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
Track and report on change effectiveness and adoption metrics.
