Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Change Manager to lead and shape change initiatives across departments in a remote-friendly environment. You will partner with project teams and leaders to ensure adoption, minimize resistance, and drive project outcomes.

The role requires deep change management expertise, strong analytics, and excellent facilitation skills. Experience in insurance or shared services is a plus, with opportunities to work across diverse locations and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in change management or related field.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge of change management processes and tools (impact assessment, sponsorship, strategy, and story development).
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Strong facilitation skills and understanding of group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management efforts across one or more departments.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Conduct impact assessments, sponsorship analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Define people-specific objectives and key results to benefit realization.
• Operate with increasing independence to execute change strategy and engagement.
