Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Server-Side Engineer to design, build, and operate the backend platforms and shared services that enable fast, scalable products across the enterprise. You will focus on routing, data fan-out, caching, asynchronous job execution, and durable event processing for very high traffic volumes.

The role requires 6+ years in backend or platform engineering, a CS degree, and hands-on experience with Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or C++, plus event-driven tech like

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of backend or platform engineering experience.
• Experience designing distributed systems and internal platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Pulsar, or NATS.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-throughput backend platforms.
• Develop shared services and routing, caching, and event processing.
• Collaborate across engineering teams and mentor others.
