Cor Vel Corporation is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will provide consultative service to multiple accounts, introduce new services, and manage regional portfolios with multi-million-dollar revenues.

You will drive revenue growth, manage collections with operations, and conduct regular stewardship meetings. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential for success in renewals and expanding services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent; proven account management experience.
• Insurance industry or managed care training is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer services for one or more new or established accounts.
• Introduce new services independently or with assistance as needed.
• Handle local or regional accounts with revenue responsibilities.
• Manage accounts with revenue in one region and at least $1M per account and total over $3M.
• Drive revenue growth with existing accounts.
• Oversee collections in collaboration with operations management.
• Conduct regular stewardship meetings and ensure delivery of client reports.
• Maintain client communication and engage senior management with status and goals.
• Coordinate internal setup and external implementation for customers.
• Attend customer meetings and present contract renewals or product sales.
