Job summary

SiliconExpert is seeking an Account Manager II to manage 100–200 mid and mass market accounts, renewals, upsells, and revenue growth across client portfolios. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver value and retain customers, while driving profitable outcomes for a diverse set of industries.

This fully remote role emphasizes consultative selling, renewal management, and cross-selling opportunities, with travel required up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required (strong Excel experience).
• Experience with Salesforce and selling software strongly preferred.
• Experience with cross selling/upselling and renewals required.

Responsibilities

• Manages between 100-200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts.
• Proactively consults and provides renewal and growth quotes to customers to understand their requirements and ensures orders are properly processed.
• Clearly understands all product offering, subscription and renewal licensing models. Creates selling opportunities within assigned customers through a sales plan and process."
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share, develop and build global market intelligence.
• Conducts quarterly business review visits with at least 75% of accounts in their renewal year.
