Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer services for one or more accounts.
• Introduce new services independently or with assistance.
• Manage accounts with revenue in one region and a minimum revenue of $1m per account.
• Oversee client stewardship meetings and deliver client reports.
• Maintain regular communications with customers and senior management.
