Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Manager, Release & Program Management to evolve the release management function and ongoing program across EPD, Client Ops, and Sales. You will guide a small TPM team, maintain hands-on leadership in releases, and drive predictable, high-quality launches while championing AI-powered workflows.

You will oversee critical customer accounts and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver delightful early experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, QA and/or Product Operations within SaaS organizations.
• Proven ability to set clear expectations, hold teams accountable, and maintain a high impact.
• Experience balancing team leadership with hands-on ownership of key initiatives.
• Strong track record of executing complex, cross-functional programs from alignment through launch.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across departments.
• Bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• AI fluency and willingness to use AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Be Wrapbook’s Release Manager: manage the release process across Engineering, Product and Design, plus Client Ops and GTM.
• Lead as a Player-Coach: mentor TPMs while remaining hands-on in releases and programs.
• Drive Clear Communication: model cross-department updates, convey risks, decisions with clarity.
• Measure and Improve Impact: define release success and use insights to improve launches.
• Drive Program Execution: partner with EPD to prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Support Key Accounts: coordinate across Engineering, Product and Design for early customer experiences.
• Continuously Improve: identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows for predictability and efficiency.
• Champion AI-powered ways of working: promote AI fluency and automation to accelerate cycles.
