Job summary

Specright is seeking a Director of Product Operations & Program Management to centralize cross-functional product activities, align functions, and ensure timely, high-quality release delivery. You will build operational infrastructure, release discipline, and executive-level customer engagement.

You will own end-to-end program plans, establish SOPs for scalable releases, and manage tools, analytics, and dashboards to inform prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Experience driving delivery on new, fast-moving products with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship when needed.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies across full product lifecycle.
• Proven track record defining and tracking product metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plans for new product launches across product, engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, and support.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned and delivering on tracks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Identify dependencies and blockers early and drive cross-team resolution.
• Distinguish must-have vs. nice-to-have under time pressure to meet commitments.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for product releases.
• Provide structure and guardrails to release processes and analytics platforms.
• Manage product operations tooling and analytics to support workflows.
• Own the product metrics framework across adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact.
• Help design and stand up an executive-level customer council and cadence for input into product direction.
