Job summary

Specright is seeking a Director of Product Operations & Program Management to center cross-functional product activities and align releases across product and engineering. You will build operational infrastructure, coordinate programs, and engage executives and customers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or related roles within B2B/enterprise software companies, including ownership of both a formal process (e.g., release management) and ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with no established playbook.
• Track record of delivering a brand-new, fast-moving product from early build through customer pilot, coordinating across a large cross-functional group.
• Influence without direct authority: articulate value to stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship when needed.
• Ability to work with AI-powered tools day-to-day and apply good judgment on value addition.
• Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies and full product lifecycle.
• Proven experience defining and tracking product metrics, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with modern product management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent executive communication skills, synthesizing technical and operational detail for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plans for new product launches across product, engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, and support.
• Maintain alignment of cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of tracks and deliverables.
• Identify dependencies and blockers early and drive resolution across non-reporting teams.
• Establish procedures and guardrails for scalable release processes and product metrics governance.
• Design and stand up an executive-level customer council for strategic input into product direction.
