Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Program Manager to oversee released product programs from planning through implementation. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Service and external partners to move revisions forward while maintaining alignment with requirements.

This is a fully remote position based in the United States. You will manage revision plans, dashboards, and documentation updates, ensuring traceability and on-time delivery across multiple concurrent releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project coordination or related experience with engineered products.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, Project Management, Quality, and suppliers.
• Experience with revision control, engineering change processes, or configuration management in a quality manufacturing environment.
• Strong program coordination and follow-through with multiple revisions and priorities.
• Highly organized with clear scope, ownership, dependencies, milestones, risks, decisions, and action status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for released products including major revisions and updates.
• Develop and maintain revision plans with scope, ownership, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with agendas, status updates, and action items.
• Monitor schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, and readiness; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate release readiness across Engineering, Operations, Service, PM, and external partners.
• Coordinate documentation updates from product revisions (specifications, manuals, drawings, etc.).
• Ensure inputs and approvals are incorporated into changes and associated records.
• Maintain traceability between revision scope, changes, and documentation.
