Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks an experienced Technical Release Manager to lead planning, governance, and execution of technical programs and production releases for the Omnichannel Engagement Platform. You will coordinate across engineering leadership, operations, and external partners to ensure timely, aligned delivery.

The role requires strong technical acumen to validate plans, manage risks, and communicate progress to Directors and VPs. On-site Chicago base with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management or release management.
• Experience leading complex software delivery programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC, Azure DevOps, release governance.
• Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience preparing executive-level communications and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and governance of technical programs and production releases.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical path activities, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to align with milestones and release objectives.
• Monitor program health and proactively address delivery issues.
• Translate technical initiatives into business outcomes and present to leadership.
• Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive escalation when needed.
