Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Manager, Release & Program Management to evolve our release management and program function. This role leads a small TPM team and acts as Wrapbook’s release manager, ensuring predictability, quality, and alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design, plus Client Ops and GTM.

You will coach and mentor, drive clear communication, measure impact, and push for AI-enabled, scalable processes while advocating for customers and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, QA and/or Product Operations in SaaS.
• Proven player-coach with hands-on ownership of key initiatives.
• History of executing complex, cross-functional programs from alignment through launch.
• Experience evolving processes to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be Wrapbook’s Release Manager: manage the release process across Engineering, Product, and Design with visibility for Client Ops and GTM.
• Lead as a Player-Coach: mentor TPMs while staying hands-on in releases and key programs.
• Drive clear communication and alignment across departments; prepare release notes for partners.
• Measure and improve impact by defining success metrics and applying insights to future launches.
• Drive program execution by aligning TPMs with strategic priorities.
• Support key accounts by coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Continuously improve workflows to boost predictability, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.
• Champion AI-powered workflows to accelerate research, synthesis, and delivery.
