Job summary

Edmentum is seeking a Senior Manager, Production & Release Management in the United States. You will lead the team that ships Courses & Career products, shaping release plans, quality gates, and automation strategies in a remote-first setup.

You will coach a growing team, align with Product and Program Management, and ensure catalog integrity while scaling delivery to a expanding portfolio. The role requires 8+ years in education or content production and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong production and release discipline.
• Experience leading education or content production teams.
• Familiarity with AI and automation in workflows.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and multimedia workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead building, testing, publishing, and release of Courses & Career products into production.
• Manage, coach, and grow the Production and Release Management team.
• Align scope, sequencing, and delivery with real capacity across teams.
• Own catalog integrity end to end, including release, retirement, decommissioning.
• Introduce AI and automation to improve throughput and quality.
• Oversee vendors/contractors and ensure scope and quality.
• Communicate status, risks, and constraints to leadership.
