Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts—from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion. You’ll lead client kickoffs, manage scope with change orders, and coordinate delivery across audit and engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

You’ll build account intelligence, identify upsell opportunities, review code at a high level, and monitor delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery.
• Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level.
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and open-source business models.
• Solidity or Rust reading proficiency.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and strong commercial instincts.
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Notion, Linear, Slack, and HubSpot.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion.
• Lead client kickoffs and manage scope through a structured change-order process.
• Administer program governance including RASCI matrices and workstream structures.
• Orchestrate technical delivery across audit and engineering teams.
• Coordinate third-party infrastructure and synchronize delivery timelines.
• Facilitate dependency mapping and risk management across cross-functional teams.
• Build account intelligence and identify upsell opportunities.
• Review codebases at a high level for estimation purposes.
• Monitor team performance against key delivery metrics.
• Deliver exceptional client care across all account touchpoints.
