Job summary

Samsara seeks a Sr. Product Marketing Manager — Release Marketing & Operations to build the operational foundation for the Product Marketing team. You will own release planning, ensure messaging coherence, and align across PMO, R&D, Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing leadership to keep launches on track.

You will also design scalable PMM processes, develop templates and playbooks, and drive continuous improvement, including leveraging AI to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Marketing, Release Marketing, Product Ops or related role.
• Operational excellence: scalable processes in fast-moving environments, esp. product launches.
• Cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing at multiple levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Agility: comfortable with ambiguity and iterative approaches.
• AI-first mindset: using technology to reimagine processes and experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Launch Plan with cross-functional stakeholders and prioritize features.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM, and Marketing leadership.
• Coordinate execution across tiers and optimize timing, messaging, and overlap.
• Measure launch effectiveness with program-level metrics and reporting.
• Evolve the Launch Playbook by addressing gaps and researching AI-enabled approaches.
• Build and run PMM operational programs (content audits, team offsites, etc.).
• Create scalable templates, playbooks, and toolkits to reduce friction across launches.
