Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity Systems Administrator to design, implement, and manage ALS infrastructure supporting litigation and government projects. You will work with Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, Oracle, and SQL Server in a mixed on‑prem and AWS environment.

You will maintain storage, compute, and network components, manage external access, and produce architecture diagrams and docs. Strong communication and collaboration with IT leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in litigation support or related system administration roles.
• Experience designing, installing, integrating, and testing complex systems in litigation support environments.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and similar tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem and in AWS.
• Manage external access, identities, and access controls for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams and administrator guides; maintain user documentation.
• Provide weekly system health and project status reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps and infrastructure.
