Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Austin, TX is seeking a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and enhance the organization’s litigation-support environment.

You will design and implement ALS solutions (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap), maintain storage, compute, and networking across on‑premises and AWS, manage external access with IAM, perform backups and updates, create diagrams and guides, and provide weekly health and progress reports while collaborating with IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years implementing litigation support systems (UNIX/Windows, storage).
• Experience designing, procuring equipment, installing, integrating and testing.
• Experience with large systems and complex operating environments.
• At least 1 year setting up large-scale database applications.
• Storage planning, capacity planning, and business process analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of US government IT environments and security requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS solutions primarily using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage external access to ALS tools, including IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Create and update system diagrams and end-user documentation (semi-annually).
• Provide weekly health, performance, and project reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership supporting ALS applications and infrastructure.
