Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Systems Administrator to lead installation, configuration, and maintenance of the ALS platform across on‑prem and AWS environments. You will design infrastructure, manage access, and drive system reliability for litigation support tools essential to government programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or IT, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years with litigation support applications and related software.
• Experience designing, selecting equipment, installing, and testing in the required environment.
• Experience with large systems and mixed OS environments.
• Experience with large-scale database management applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions primarily using COTS tools like Relativity, iPro, CaseMap.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders such as expert witnesses and government collaborators.
• Perform system maintenance including backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Produce and update system diagrams, admin guides, and end-user documentation (updated semi-annually).
• Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, and project status.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
