Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in Los Angeles.

You will manage ALS tools and infrastructure, balancing on‑prem and AWS environments to support litigation workflows and external stakeholders. The role requires hands-on experience with Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, SQL Server, and related platforms, plus strong documentation, backups, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years implementing litigation support systems (UNIX, Windows, storage).
• Experience with Relativity and related ALS tools.
• Experience designing, acquiring, installing and testing in required environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ALS solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure including storage, compute and networking (on‑prem and AWS).
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform backups, updates, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Create diagrams and administrator guides; keep docs updated semi-annually.
• Provide weekly system health and project status reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
