Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s network systems, with a focus on ALS applications such as Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.

The role spans on-premises and AWS infrastructure, including identity and access management for external stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in litigation-support environments, hands-on experience with UNIX/Windows, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years hands-on experience with litigation support systems (UNIX/Windows/Storage)
• Experience designing and implementing complex IT environments
• Experience with large systems across multiple operating systems
• Experience setting up large-scale databases
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ALS software solutions (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap)
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem and AWS
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders
• Perform system maintenance including backups, updates, tuning and monitoring
• Create and update system diagrams, admin guides and user docs
• Provide weekly health, performance, project and activity reports
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure
