Job summary

CGS is seeking a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s litigation support systems.

You will design and implement ALS solutions, maintain on-premise and AWS infrastructure, and manage external access and security for stakeholders. Requirements include 5+ years in litigation support environments, experience with Relativity, SQL Server 2012+, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in computer/IT fields.
• 5+ years delivering litigation support systems (UNIX/Windows, storage).
• Experience with Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director, CaseMap.
• Strong design, installation, testing of large systems and databases.
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and other tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (on-premise and AWS cloud).
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders; ensure security compliance.
• Perform backups, restores, updates, tuning, and monitoring.
• Create/update system diagrams and administrator guides; update docs semi-annually.
• Provide weekly system health and project reports; support IT leadership.
