Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator in New York to support and improve ALS systems and related infrastructure.

You will work across Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and other tools to deliver reliable litigation support capabilities. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with litigation support systems, extensive knowledge of UNIX/Windows and storage, and the ability to manage backups, IAM for external stakeholders, and

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on experience implementing litigation support systems.
• Experience with UNIX, Windows, and network storage solutions.
• Experience designing, acquiring equipment/software, installation, integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem and AWS.
• Manage external access/identity for stakeholders (e.g., expert witnesses, US Attorneys, IRS collaborators).
• Perform backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
