Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s ALS infrastructure across on‑prem and AWS.

The role requires 5+ years in litigation support systems, strong SQL Server skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will design, implement, and maintain systems, document processes, and report on health and progress weekly.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in hands-on litigation support systems (UNIX/Windows/Storage)
• Experience designing, installing, integrating and testing systems in complex environments
• Experience with large systems and mixed OS
• Experience setting up large-scale database applications
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have experience with Relativity
• Must have SQL Server 2012 or later
• Able to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and other COTS tools
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑premise and AWS
• Maintain external access management for external stakeholders
• Perform system maintenance including backups, restore operations, updates, performance tuning and monitoring
• Produce and update system diagrams, administrator guides and end-user documentation semi-annually
• Provide weekly reports on system health, projects and planned activities
• Collaborate with IT leadership supporting ALS applications and infrastructure
