Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery department in Chicago. You will support attorneys and investigators, conduct testing of Relativity releases, and help set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions.

The role requires deep Relativity expertise, RCA certification, and the ability to work with Relativity staff and FTC technical support. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of litigation support experience, including four years of progressively more advanced Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches across matters.
• Collaborate with the FTC's technical support group to resolve user issues.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation for workflows.
• Stay current with Relativity changes and new features, including integrations and plugins.
