Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity Subject Matter Expert to join the eDiscovery team. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve issues, test releases, and establish templates, views, scripts, or workflows across divisions.

The role requires 10+ years in litigation support, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will liaise with attorneys and investigators, staying current on Relativity updates and plugins, and contribute to

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of litigation support experience.
• Prefer 4+ years of progressively advanced Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification is required.
• Experience managing multiple tasks within defined scope.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and litigation support specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity using complex searches and indices.
• Collaborate with the CFTC's technical support group to resolve user issues.
• Test Relativity software releases and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows across workspaces.
• Remain proficient in Relativity and related analytics tools and participate in user portals and blogs.
• Perform Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation.
