Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team. You will resolve software issues, test releases, and set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions.

You will engage with Relativity staff to ensure smooth operations and advocate for feature needs within the Relativity User Portal. The role requires strong litigation support experience, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in litigation support, with four years in Relativity
• Master's degree or JD equivalent experience (13 years total) may substitute for Master’s
• Relativity RCA certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches
• Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve access, slowness, or viewer issues
• Lead testing of Relativity software releases and create templates/workflows
• Stay current with Relativity updates and integrate plugins as needed
