Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator in New York, NY with hybrid/remote options. The role covers designing and maintaining ALS solutions, using Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap, across on‑prem and AWS environments.

Strong emphasis on security, documentation, and stakeholder access is required. The candidate should have at least 5 years in litigation support, be able to work with multiple OS and storage solutions, and pursue a Public Trust

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in litigation support environments.
• Experience with Relativity and related ALS tools is required.
• Experience with SQL Server 2012 or later.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.
• Experience designing, acquiring equipment and software, and integrating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions, using Relativity and other COTS tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across storage, compute, network (on‑prem and AWS).
• Manage external access for stakeholders and provide security for ALS tools.
• Produce system diagrams, admin guides, and end-user documentation; update at least semi-annually.
