Job summary

NeighborWorks America is seeking a remote Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of network organizations across the United States. You will collaborate with regional leadership to understand needs, guide access to NeighborWorks services, and support capacity-building efforts.

In this role, you will manage relationships with executive leadership and boards, leverage data for informed decisions, and drive strategic planning and performance improvements across a nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in community development or nonprofit management for RM; 8+ years for SRM.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management of a portfolio of network organizations with executive engagement.
• Expose NW services and products, broker connections to resources and subject matter experts.
• Use NW data and market analysis to guide support and strategy for network organizations.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to strengthen relationships and outcomes.
• Collaborate with NWOs on strategic thinking and capacity-building initiatives.
• Work with nonprofit boards, facilitate training, and contribute to governance discussions.
• Review funding requests and align them with organizational goals.
• Assist with performance assessments and action planning based on results.
