NeighborWorks America is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of network organizations, guiding them through organizational development and capacity-building initiatives. You will collaborate with regional leadership, executives, and boards to advance mission-aligned outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in nonprofit management with strong relationship-building skills, data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Community Development, Urban Planning, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: oversee a portfolio of network organizations and maintain relationships with executive leadership, board members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in NeighborWorks services and products to guide organizations.
• Use data and market analysis to support organizations.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and strategic thinking to strengthen organizational performance.
• Develop action plans based on assessments and support board governance activities.
• Travel as needed for regional engagement and senior leadership collaboration.
• Evaluate funding requests to align with goals and priorities.
